It's 2026 and my last blog post was 2021 (Now that's scary!)

So, it's been a while...I've been busy creating these past few years despite the lack of uploads on my socials. Most of my energy going into my freelance work and concepting for full time animation gigs. Any other art I've been able to do for myself has been done through my twitch and with the lovely friends I've made through the Tengu Town Discord!

I'm just wrapping up with my latest show which has been so much fun! I'm excited to share more on that when the time comes but for now I'm looking ahead to see where I'm going next. Despite how much the Creative Industries has changed these past years, I'm still very hopeful that I can bring all that I've learned with me into the next human crafted adventure.

The existence of this blog/website (I'll be honest), has been a ghost in the back of my mind for a long while so I'm hoping in the coming weeks to update and get everything looking snazzy!

Thank you everyone who has supported me on my journey ❤︎

When a young girl discovers a lonely old grandfather dragon unable to breathe fire, she's determined to help him, even if she first must convince her family that he exists!Charming illustrations bring Linda Crowley's delightful characters to life as your children learn that it's important to care for others, even when they are very different from you.

So a little while ago, I got the chance to work on a fantastic children's book called 'Has Anybody Got A Match', written by Linda Crowley. I'm so chuffed to share it with you as the digital version has been officially published by Annona Press! Get it HERE!

Covid has affected the release of the book but it will soon be released in paperback. I'll be sure to post a link once they are available.

If you pick up the book, I would really appreciate if you could leave a review on Amazon to let others know what you think ^__^

If you want to wait for the paperback, It would still be great if you could share the book link around to help the book reach a wider audience.

Thank you and enjoy!

Excited to share that my work will now be available on Mary's Diamonds as part of a special artist collaboration.
I've chosen 10 of my favourite original illustrations that can now be recreated by YOU as a diamond painting!

If you head over to the Mary's Diamonds Instagram, you have the chance to WIN yourself a FREE 40x60cm diamond painting from the Tengu Arts collection.

I worked on a comic with my friend Matthew (@Nuclear Jackal) at the end of last year and it got accepted as part of the Cloudscape Anthology 'Life Finds A Way". The Book is a collection of comics from different artist, finding hope for humanities future.

Matthew came up with the short story called 'Meanwhile' and the art in the comic is drawn by myself. I was a really great collab!

The book is now on Kickstarter and if you are interested in stories that challenge the doom and gloom we often see in apocalypse stories then please check out the book here.

Here's a little character concept art for the comic we worked on:

I got interviewed by James over at Soundrel Media about my artwork!

I've never been on a podcast before so it was both exciting and not gonna lie, I was a little nervous! If you can get past that as well as my Scottish accent and remnants of a nasty cold then maybe you'll find it interesting to learn a little bit more about my work and about me too I guess!
